Transparent refund process for our services

1Booking Amount / Service Fees Refund

Refunds are not applicable once a service has been successfully delivered, including but not limited to: site visits, documentation assistance, listing promotions, photography, video shoots, virtual tours, RERA or legal consultations.

Eligible refund scenarios include non-delivery of paid service due to operational fault, or if service was paid for but never scheduled or initiated within the committed timeline.

All refund requests for service-related payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

2Developer Payments / Property Booking Refunds

RealtyRoof functions solely as a facilitator and marketing intermediary between buyers and developers.

Any advance booking amount or property payments made by the buyer directly to a developer will fall under the developer's refund policy, and RealtyRoof cannot guarantee or process such refunds.

RealtyRoof does not hold booking amounts unless explicitly mentioned in writing.

In case of developer-side cancellations or withdrawals, the buyer must coordinate with the concerned developer for refund and cancellation procedures.

3How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@realtyroof.in within the applicable refund window.

Mention your full name, registered contact number, transaction ID or payment proof, and clear reason for requesting the refund.

Our support team will respond within 3–5 working days, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

4Refund Exemptions

No refunds for change of mind after service confirmation.

No refunds for delays due to customer inaction or disputes related to final property decision or buyer preference.
